We expected that when we moved into our home 4 years ago windows would be expensive need. Having had four other companies come out to give us an estimate, we were jaded and although interested, not ready for another sales pitch. But when Dave Thomas showed up on time with a respectful approach, we had no idea we would be so impressed. After a careful and quick review of his company and product, he walked us through his estimate and our jaws hit the floor when his quote came in at a fraction of the prices we'd been given in the past. Yesterday, his team came out and installed our windows. They were careful to cover our floor and asked if they could use our restroom, instead of just assuming. We did a lot of comparison shopping and found this to be the best deal in town. Dave and his team were great to work with, the only issue we had was the weather. Cold rain and wind made for an interesting installation day... but we are making up for that by no longer having drafty windows. The stuff Dave says in the presentation is true. I was surprised at how much noise reduction really does occur. Would recommend this company to anyone shopping for windows.–Crowder

I had quotes form Champion and Window World. Then I read all the complaints against them on complaintsboard.com and decided to get one more bid. I'm sure glad I did. Royal Exteriors not only gave me a better price but a better quality window. My heating bill was cut by 37%! That’s money in my pocket for years to come. We have discussed replacing our windows for two years, but the quotes were simply too high; I decided I would have to take a few weeks off work next summer and replace them myself. Dave stopped by and provided a quick, informative 45-minute presentation and quote that we felt was reasonable and now I will get next summer off to enjoy! The installers replaced all 13 windows in our home, and one slider. They listened to our concerns, did a fabulous, professional job and stated that their goal was to make sure we were satisfied. After the installation was complete, we noticed a flaw in the manufacturing of one window; after one phone call it was replaced in less than two weeks by the manufacturer with no questions asked. The house is now quiet, warm and free from drafts. We are glad to be rid of the moisture and condensation that occurs with aluminum frame windows and the damage it can cause to our wood frames.
